Salden Loop
Leave your car in our car park before embarking on the lovely Salden Loop. Begin by heading up and to the end of Cooks Lane, from here you'll pass the picturesque Salden lakes and historic farmhouse, before crossing the fields on signposted footpaths that lead you back to Mursley's main street. Hang a Left here, and you'll find yourself back at the Green Man for a well-deserved pint.
'Lucy's Loop'
...Or so we call it! Start at the pub and head left down Main Street. Then, right down Church Lane, once you reach the end, hang another right and meander over the fields until you reach Main Street again. This peaceful route takes you through open countryside before looping back towards the village centre, perfect for a gentle stroll.
Swanbourne Loop
Start down Church Lane, then at the end, turn left past the fishing lakes. Continue up past the primary school, then take a right and follow the road all the way until you reach the footpath gate on the left. Follow the footpath over the fields to find yourself back at the end of Church lane. This route offers a nice mix of village views and countryside, perfect for a refreshing walk before heading back to The Green Man for a drink.
